HI,

one of the dealer today send me sample foam, it is soft but retains its shape   Thumbs Up

its almost like mousepad but light in weight. pretty gud one, even tried fewiquick and nothing happened Clap
note sure what it is called, but dealer mentioned that it is generally used in packaging, medical equipments etc..

i think it is same material used in most of the Aluminium Tx field boxes, not sure  Head Scratching

price is around Rs300 for 5mm thick, 100cmx200cm sheet

hav a look and suggest if it can be used for building foamies!!!!! Head Scratching

Clap good show if we keep our eyes open we can find stuff noone here knows can be used for making C planes
I think some structural struts added/ embedded in this foam can make a good aircraft but i think the aircraft will be heavy as its PVC or rubber based foam but a flying wing kind of an aircraft with some foam and some of this material will be a good bet for mono/biplanes i think whatever thickness sheet we use it will be too flexible
but one thing is for sure this material WILL withstand crashes
once again Good going buddy keep looking

Well, i guess it might be used as an alternative to EPP for building profile foamies. But, I don't think this can be used for larger foamies or scale models as the material is not rigid enough, so for those Biofoam is the best option.
