You can use some bondtite/fevitite to stick that rib back on and use strips of coroplast to strengthen by the sides the assembly. Cut coroplast to the wing shape. Use your preferred color vinyl sheet to cover it up. Coroplast and vinyl sheets are available at any "Flexboard Printer"; For the amount you need to fix these, the guy might give it away for free. The roll balance of you plane will change slightly after fix, you will have to retrim.
Hope that helps.

This has helped me fix my boomerang multiple times (you now know how crappy I fly) and another plane which was supposedly beyond repairs..

gusty sire, great link. I've felt that repairing one's plane is the first step towards scratch building. Reads like these keep the motivation up.

xxkrishxx: After you stick the vinyl sheet, if there are any bubbles, one can use a hair dryer in circular motion to remove them; if the bubbles get really taut after applying heat, a needle maybe used to puncture the bubble and hair dryer reapplied for a clean finish. All the best.
