Not to rain on your parade, but bicycle spokes are a good option. They are  not particularly expensive, stiffer, and better finished.

Information sharing improves knowledge of both.

The sparkle wire/rods are different for different manufacturar. Some use Strong and thin that can not brake into pieces while burning and some are not. Some are thick and some are thin. Moreover, they are generally depends on the length of the sparkle.
Generally we purchase 8", 12" and 16" Sparkles and some purchase 22" sparkles But if you are making small plane, it is sufficient. but generally it will not suit the need.

However, Thanks for the idea. Better use them making Hand Charkah from Ground Charka.
They are also suited to make small drill bit for wood. You can even use it for landing gear of Glider and shaft of rubber band glider.

Another Idea : PushRod over pull thread
==============================

You can use Rubber/spring powered counter-force and can pull or release to adjust rudder/elevator/Aileron. You can use double headed servi head and use two direction Push-pull thread also.

We have to unite and to prove ourself to make indigenous products as well as marketing / Canvasing them. I'm sure we must achieve success if we try unitedly.
