Not everyone has access to thread locking compounds like Loctite etc.
But most homes will have a bottle of nail polish.
In olden days we used to put a red dot on the nut/ bolt as thread lock.
This can be opened later without any difficulty (unlike if you use Feviquik).
Also there is a visual check of whether the nut has turned.

Iyer sir... You can use Fevibond also as a thread lock and its easy to remove. Am using the same.
