[Admin Note] Unnecessary quote of just prior post removed. Please use "Reply" (or the "Quick Reply" box at the bottom) instead of using "Quote" while responding to the last post in a thread.

Re-enforce it with CF rods. yes, even depron can crack and break.

Making a plane with normal thermocol is not particularly easy. If you can, post a macro picture of the foam. If its depron, the granules will be very small, if its thermocol, it will be brittle and break into small balls.

Nitesh: you are in Chennai. Have you visited Mr. Sai in Rc For All? (rc4all.co.in) He will be able to give you good advice, and you might be able to pick up a few things from him.

From your above list, if you are going in for foam, go for Blu Baby; for Corro then Taitil's Tiranga seems good; for ready built then Sky Surfer, or, if available, Multiplex Easystar 2

Packing thermocol is high density stuff, that's what i thought too after looking at the granules, but it can't bend that much, it's very stiff.

This is not Thermocole of any kind. No Thermocole can bend that much. Are you sure that this is not the priceless EPP foam that we salivate about?
