EP Foam and its uses

I have just purchased some 5mm and 6mm EP Foam. Can someone please guide me as to how this can be used in our trade? This is the stuff that is sold in rolls and is used to wrap breakable items and also as an insulating agent. It is also used as a material to cover car floor boards.

I have seen pictures of imported aeromodels made out of EP foam, however, that material seems to be far more dense.

How does one use this product?

i think u got the wrong stuff. what u need in India is called BIOPAC. like thermocol sheets little dense and tougher. the stuff disposible plates are made of.

If it is rolled foam then it is 100% wrong stuff. YES you can use this but you need to reinforce the wing fuse and other with good fiber sticks..

People, there is absolutely nothing wrong with epp. Of course it is the rolled stuff...... that it is flexible also makes it so much resistant to wear and tear. However it needs reinforcement with carbon fibre tubes or wooden dowels to maintain its shape. Most times the stuff we get happens to be eps or xps, but thats also gud enough for the slofly types. Do try it out..........
