What type of kicker (accelerator) do you have ? 

I have used the "spray on" type before, and all you do is to spray the kicker on the glued joint, right after the glue is applied.  Better to do it in a ventilated area (there are chances of fuming depending on the type of CA+kicker).

If you are working on foamies, make sure both the CA and kicker are foam safe.

Which CA do you use ? All the CA I have got from the local market are fast, actually too fast. Never felt the need for a kicker.

Have read about baking soda being used as a cheap home made substitute.

When you built those foam jets in your earlier photos, what glue did you use ?  May be Santhosh can easily source them locally, and be done with it all easily.

There used to a product called fevicol nail free. This is like fevicol but with a curing time of 30 min instead of 1 day. This is the best if weight is an issue, it doesn't add any weight at all.

Other one I use is hot glue. You need to be careful not to melt the foam with the nozzle of the glue gun. When applying hot glue, do not drag the gun, but push it along. You'll be able to get a more even application and less glue that way.

And ofcourse 5min epoxy always works though a little heavy.

First one as I already mentioned is "Fevicol nail free".

I never bothered to check the brand of hot glue sticks.

Epoxy 5min: fevitite, Araldite clear.
Epoxy 30min: Araldite rapid

Be very careful when using cyano with kikker  my finger burned today,it's not like the ordinary ca,for elapor form planes  epoxy seems to be ok for the first time but will not last long.........from my experience

I have been using 5 minute epoxy for most of my foam builds.  Seems to last really well; but sure is messy to work with, and is bulky. 

 i agree with u but this elapor form from multiplex is entirely different....anyway i will try try to take my burned fingers photo tomorrow

A quick search says "thin medium CA + kicker" being recommended for elapor foam.  And it will fume.  Hope your hand is not affected much. It is also mentioned that epoxy is not recommended for elapor, while hot glue may work.

Just tried the baking soda + water spray as an accelerator on foam safe CA. Works like a dream. The bond is almost instantaneous! Wonderful stuff.
