wanted an radio for my friend

Hello to all,
My friend needs a radio one which is programable like the RCB6i(which is out of stock). His budget is less than 3,000.
BTW he is building an P51d mustang as his first plane with double side laminated depron which he got from rcbazaar the wingspan is 1mtr not weighing more than a kg
his electronics is this is it good
