Can anyone suggest me a place to get pinion 8 to 13 teeth..
Bore 3mm
pitch 1.15mm
teeth to teeth spacing 2mm
Any rc car using such kind of spare please help me.. For my custom project..

It is pretty complex to answer your requirement since there are various technical factors involved.

 I don`t know if you can find such a gear in the rc car segment, but I would suggest you to contact a fine pitch gear manufacturer.
Though its unlikely to get a single piece machined, but still its worth the try because these specialized manufacturers are gonna solve your requirement in a correct way. Of-course price might be an issue :( but you need to work it out.

Thanks a lot for your help sir.. I got it manufactured already from Bangalore commercial street.. There was a shop for gears and he was really helpfull.. I have given all my requirements and got it in a day.. price was also economical.. thanks a lot for you support..to the build right now..

That sounds good and I am glad you got it in a days time :salute:

 Do remember, the pinion hardness should be less than the gear hardness, if not then the pinion is going to wear out the gear and changing a gear would be expensive than changing a pinion. If rpm is high and power transfer is also high (roughly estimating over 200 watt for your pinion), then do give my suggestion a second though. Even if the involute profile of the gear teeth are not cut properly then there is trouble to be seen. Gear design is a critical and complex field.
