Good morning guys ( afternoon, evening and night whenever applicable), I am quite new to this world. All i know about Aeromodels/Quadcopters is what i have seen in movies. Not beating around the bush anymore this is exactly what i need.

I require a VTOL for using in Sikkim. It thus needs to fly at heights of 15000 feet. Its main purpose is over the hill surveillance connoting that it needs to fly vertically upwards to clear the hill crest and take photos of all aspects on the other side.

The Model neednt be too complicated ie to say it doesnt require to lift loads/telemetry/wi-fi transfer etc. Just should be able to fly vertically up, take photos and come back down for us to see them.

sorry doc...but am not able to really get your "?". Are you asking the meaning of surveillance or my necessity for the same. If its the former am really sorry but doesn't your name read "doctor" Just kidding.
See mate, At the moment my boys have to walk more than 5 hrs towards the side of the peak so as to see the update on the rear. At these altitudes and temperatures it is a very ardous and painful task to do everyday. Hence this Copter might just about be able to relieve them of this stress. Thanks and cheers.

Hope someone helps you out here (I am not into multirotors). Have you flown a quadcopter? From your post it looks unlikely. So, even if you buy one you need to get trained in it. Just buying it may solve ur purpose at first. However, you must know the basics that go into building/flying one to solve any issues.

You need lipos and chargers etc too.
