You could use normal lipos.
And if you dont have any spare you could use mobile battery .

The c rating written on the label
Is max c rating .
If you tx pulls 5c then the battery will ONLY provide 5c , not 20c.
Look its the load ( in this case tx ) which decides how much current will flow , not the battery.

To simplify the load PULLS the current . The battery does not PUSHES the amps.
Hope im not wrong.

Hello Manoj, You can use any battery with following conditions.
a. Right size to fit in TX
b. Right Voltage what TX requires
c. Any Ampere rating
d. RIGHT CONNECTOR so that even by mistake you do not connect wrong polarity.

I am myself using 3S battery for my tx.
