I have seen several chinese chargers which charge batteries isolated from mobiles.They charge upto 4.2A lipo battery of mobile. I dont know whether it will work. But you get an option. Jst make an enquiry. But it can not be used from 12 volt battery in field. Another cheap inverter is required. Even you may use Emergency light inverter circuit costs RS. 40/- to 80/- (Max.) and can utilize in full utilization with 12 volt battery.
