actually pull start engines have a good life span if you have used enough
lubricant (mixed with fuel) and cleaned the air filter regularly , and provided
you did not run it too lean.

have you been using a castor oil based fuel ??
if yes then most probably it is just gummed up

get some methanol and soak the engine - it should free it up enough to turn.

if interested in selling it then PM me with an offer.

+1 saikat sir.

@pranavk09,
Remove engine from car, remove silencer, air filter, and glowplug (if you have a glowplug box spanner)
Then do what Saikat sir said.
Use a tin/dubba with a lid to avoid fire risk.
And let it soak overnight. 90% chance of success.

If you dont have enough methanol (or even fuel), while waiting to get some, you can try spraying some WD40 down the carb, the exhaust, the plug hole and between the crankcase and drive washer where the crankshaft comes out of the crankcase. After half hour or so, follow with sewing machine oil, as WD40 has no lube.

Do NOT try to turn the crankshaft using pliers or any tools. It should be possible with fingers. Else conrod will get damaged.

If it still doesn't free up, let us know. There are some experienced members, who may not log in daily, so you'll have to PM them for help.

@pranavk09,
That's a pity!
The first rule in engine overhaul is to NOT open it unless required.
All that was needed was to follow saikat sir's suggestion...

Anyway, what's done is done.
Now you can post pics of the head, head gasket, backplate and its gasket
