Hello all!
We're a bunch of students from RVCE, Bengaluru and we're participating in a Self fabricated Nitro RC car race competition. Since its a "self fabricated" RC car competition, we're in need of the components in loose. And, since we're pretty new to this hobby, we're finding some difficulties in getting the components and also in connecting with the people into RC Cars. We'd be really grateful if any of you could help us in getting the components, preferably from a reseller for the Engine and the transmission..   Help Me.

We need the following components for the fabrication of the car.

POWER TRANSMISSION
1.Engine(4.0cc-4.6cc), fuel tank(180 ml),
2.Transmission
3.Drive shafts
4.Differential
5.Wheels(95mm-100mm in dia).

ELECTRICAL
1.Servomotors(4.8 - 6kgcm, 6V)
2.Receiver and transmitter(2.4Ghz,4 channel), batteries(6V).

Please send your phone number or Email ID to me if you could help us. 9480737593 is my phone number and govi.rveng@gmail.com is my Email ID. Any help would be greatly welcome !

Thank you  Smiley

What is self 'Fabricated' left after buying all these ?? I have seen almost Apprentice kind enthusiast aborad making miniature Axial IC engines right from drawing board to machining and final run-in.

You can check www.rcdhamaka.com or model craft in Koramangla Forum mall

The easiest way I would suggest is to get a RC 1/8 Nitro car and remove all the components and re-fabricate the chassis and the suspension towers by copying the original dimensions.
