I can do it myself but it will take time to receive from HK if I use normal post and dhl is slightly on higher side.... 21 USD it's as much as the product cost... That's why I was looking for someone local.... If nothing works then I have no option but ship thru dhl.

For best result get Circular Wireless or IBCrazy ones. When you are already paying $25, go for ImmersionRC ones for additional $14. the are RHCP and compatible with more high gain Helical and Cross Hairs.
If you want cheap and Ok-Ok , why to even spend $25.
