Hello, I am a drone operator in Australia and will be traveling to India to film a feature and desperately need some batteries.  Does anyone know where I can purchase 12-16 batteries. 
They are LiPo batteries:
6S 22,000 mAh or
6S 16,000 mAh
I need them fast.  By Feb. 13th.

I will purchase and have them shipped in India. 
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

you could try using two of these in parallel: http://rcmumbai.com/index.php/product/6s-10000mah-25c-wild-scorpion-nanotech-lipo-battery/ I am not sure of the availability of such high capacity LiPos here.
Another thing I wanted to add is that there is a lot of paranoia over the use of the word 'drone' here. The DGCA has issued a circular banning all unmanned aerial systems so I would suggest that you refer to yourself as an aerial cinematographer, instead of a drone operator.
