Sp Racing F3, very smooth controller board. Also Naze 32 is fine enough.

This is the best controller, Because processor is F4, In build Berometer, In build OSD, And faster CPU loop time.
Please don't buy NAZE because NAZE dose not support updated iNAV, BETA FLIGHT

As pointed out by others, for 250 size quad, SP Racing F3 is best choice.  It is also factory tuned for 250 size quad.
