The simplest way would be to mount it using cable ties.

If in case you would like to opt for Screws, you would need M3x8 size.
Personally, i always prefer screws over Cable Ties.

cable ties are not an option as i dont have those plates etc, i too need screws badly bhavesh sir, any links?

Sorry roby, we don't have M3x8 in stock at the moment.
BTW, if you can reduce the thickness of the nylon (just a little bit) at the screw holes on the arm using a drill, then you can make up with M3x6 too which we do have in stock:
