Just for your information - Lohar Chawl , near Crawford Market is the place which will amaze you with the types of tools available. Look for a shop selling abrasives, diamond cutting tools.

Yeah ahmed is right, visit lohar chawl and abdul rehman street area there are a few shops selling cutting discs compatible with dremel you just have to search a little and ask around.
