Friends Wanted Bearings of CF2822 brushless motor. The upper breaking broke out in a crash and i am not finding it anywhere. I also don't know ho to measure the dimensions or its nomenclature. So posting the pic so that can be easily understood.

Swiz, these bearings can be attained from the bearing sellers, and more accurately, from electric power tool sellers, like portable hand drills and related machines.. if still found difficulty, please tell me the real name of the company of make, like Emax, DYS,.. and will help you in this..  this is the bearing you are looking for..:thumbsup:

Thanks Roopeshji. Before posting here i tried at many locations in our city. all are having big bearings, not these small ones.
The company is Emax, if i can get will be a great help. if u find them somewhere please let me know.

have you tried hard drive bearing , i have so many but dont know whether fit for in your emax or not.

roopesh sir is right that can be arranged for hard ware store but hard to look

respected Modellers, here i have some shops, related to these bearings, and will try once and up date you.. but have some collections here, at home will look it..  :thumbsup:

they are just bearing found in old hard drive dont worry you will get your motor repaired ,

Swiz.. checked.. and have 6 nos, and 8 nos in some bigger.. will check its inner as you mentioned by day time, as i have to collect calliper from my edlest brother, Dr Rajmohan..if it is not matching, please courier motor to me, and will make it perfect.. dont worry.. a little help that even a mouse can do..  :salute:

Swiz.. waiting to go to Vatakara town.. anyway, i have a parcel to arrive, and waiting for the call from in charge personal, of courier office.. so i can go there and can collect both things.. because travelling to me is a Himalayan task.. but promise you, that will perfectise your motor.. its my word..  :salute:

I really love this motor , as you can see i have re winded this motor. I donot want this motor to go away from me. It has survived more than 50 nose crashes , but still giving its best. {:)}

my emax cf2822 also lost its back bearing on last crash, now its lying waste.

respected Modellers..by number it is hard to point out bearings in this size, as i found a little looseness in cetre hole.. so requested to Swiz, to send the motor to me, wnd will try once.. and if it is correct, Cod, will send you one..  :thumbsup:

Hello All,

Is anyone have found good source for shaft and bearing for CF motors? I have one motor Cf2812 with bend shaft and noisy bearings so want to replace it.

Checked some similar shaft and bearing on RCB but the price is 100 and 95 respectively  8-) (it's C2822 I guess  :headscratch:)

Any one tried replacing it ? Or HK link  ;D

I have also tried to source bearings from bearing shops in Mumbai, but couldn't find anyone selling same specs.
So I feel, if there a demand for a particular size, you guys can do a group order. As soon as you tell seller you want 50-100 pieces, they will start showing interest.

I think its not a good idea to have a bearing at 140/- for an old motor ,Unless you lost bearing of a new and good motor.

If you have some worn out servos try using the bearings inside.
my standard servos have 2 bearings inside. it may/may not fit the motor but is a good try for sure. try posting pics of the old bearing with some standard articles like a reynolds pen cap so that everyone can see the actual size of it.
