can any body tell me ,Is there any R/C store or any store, contains carbon fiber strips and cloths Huh?  in all stores it is out of stokes or they does not contain it..!!!!

Just go to a local Winding ( Motor / Transformer ) shop they have 3-4 varients of FG cloth strips.
