Can anyone help me finding a GPS drone in India ? Maybe like xiaomo fimi a3 or similar for around 16-25k
Also can I import from banggood under India direct shipping?

There is no drone available to buy under 25000 in India .
You can get many options on Banggood but none of them can be imported in India.
The best option for  you is to buy Xiaomi 4k drone in 37-45 price range.
or you can buy used Phantom 3 pro in 30000-40000 price.
I too was looking same thing but unfortunately there is no option.
So as per my research, you can buy New Xiaomi 4K drone or Used Phantom3 pro
Fimi a3 is new model so there will be unavailability issue however you can get it under 30000.

Currently there is no drone you can register at all. Digitalsky was hastily put together. After a while there will be add on devices that can enable you to comply with NPNT. I am working on making one as well.

As of today they can't. Because the website where you register itself isn't fully operational.
And there is no provision for second hand drones in DGCA guidelines.
