The best option for you is to buy Xiaomi 4k drone in 37-45 price range. or you can buy used Phantom 3 pro in 30000-40000 price. I too was looking same thing but unfortunately there is no option. So as per my research, you can buy New Xiaomi 4K drone or Used Phantom3 pro Fimi a3 is new model so there will be unavailability issue however you can get it under 30000.
