Get one pair each of Deans and XT60.
Make your own like in pics below.

When battery has Deans and Esc has XT, use the orange one on the right. This is what you need.
Exposed connections should be covered with heat shrink or tape.

(When battery has XT and Esc has Deans, use the yellow one on the left)

Does your LiPo have both female bullets? Because if it is HXT there will be one male and one female bullet in the shroud.

Just out of curiosity, how come you are using HXT on the LiPo? Which battery is it?

Now I am confused. Which connector does your ESC have and which one does your battery have? In the photo, the battery seems to have a female Deans but you said it has HXT.

The link I posted (Deans female to HXT 4mm) should work then since your breakout cable has a male Deans and the battery has HXT.

I am not sure. Perhaps you could buy the connectors individually and DIY. The price seems pretty high though HXT 4mm is one of the highest current rated connectors (they have one design flaw though see this http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1180337 (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1180337) ). Three pairs cost around 200 bucks from Indian.Hobby.Shop.

That's probably the best option since the cost of the individual parts will only be economical if you plan to make several adapters. Plus, the quality of soldering should be pretty high. IHS is a very good store with excellent support.
