Can any one suggest me the place or online store in INDIA for lipo batteries - 3.7v, 1s 150 or 160mAh, Also I need a cheap & suitable charger with a power supply cord ofcourse for the same batteries. From what I understand (and I could be wrong) that 1S micro planes are not popular in India and thus the hobby shops (online/local) do not stock these. I too am looking to buy them from some Indian store as HobbyKing is currently out-of-stock!
With regards to the charger, I recommend Parkzone 1cell Lipo Chargers (look for these on Ebay.com (USA site) and you may find someone willing to ship to India). Brand new these are $30, but you can get these used for like $10 and another $10 for shipping. By the way, what micro model do you have or are planning to build ?!!? I have a Syma s107g helicopter, its a genuine product. And I am very happy with it, as it is so stable, the gyro work is excellent. Flight time is 7-7.5 minutes on one single charge. But now I am planning 2 upgrade it, and I did a small study on how 2 do that. And I liked the idea -- Dale's modification, for that I am going to need 1s 3.7v 160-180mah lipo batteris and I am planning to buy atleast 4 batteries and a charger with which I can charge all of them at the same time using a parallel charging adapter board. So I will have alteast 4 fully charged batteries and I can replace them one after another, which will b 4x the flight time I am getting at present.
