Hello Manoj,

Have a look here...
http://www.rcindia.org/electric-planes/micro-pilots-help-required-please/msg243669/#msg243669

the frame you see is build by Glass fiber rods ( 0.6-0.8 mm dia.) these are strong rods but bit flexible when compared to carbon fiber.

see if these can suffice your requirement. I have used them successfully on many micro & mini planes.
At the end you need to put z bend through a paper clip and use heat shrink + CA.

I can provide them 20 Sticks for 100 rs. + shipping.  ( length of sticks is 18 Inchs)

Don't wake a Tiger until you've factored the teeth

RC GUY, looking at your recent posts, and PM to me, my sincere recommendation to you is buy a ready made trainer to start, and get help from an experienced flyer in your town for the initial flights. There are many trainers available from RC Bazaar (Sky Surfer) and Vortex RC.

When you start off, it is very easy to make mistakes which can have both disastrous consequences and financial loss

By getting a ready made model, you will have a clearer idea of electronics, hardware and flying characteristics

I have seen too many new entrants try to build their own, get disheartened and quit the hobby
