They should also have a kk board combo for 5.3k too.

I know he has a few phantoms. Also for frames you can contact the LHS like www.rcproduct.in (http://) or www.spherehobbies.com (http://) or Rcmumbai etc. Though not sure whether they sell phantom frames only!
