@kapilkumar shinde,
Welcome to the forum.
Regarding your query no.2:

1. Whether it is scratch built, or from a kit, or ARF, or RTF is irrelevant.

2. The kv of the motor is NOT an indicator of its power requirements or output. It is only the rpm it will turn if 1 volt is applied, without attaching a prop or fan. A large motor will require/output more power than a small motor of the same kv, when an appropriate load is applied.

3. Pl look at the motor specs. What is the voltage and max amps rating?
The voltage rating will indicate what battery you need, typically 2 cell lipo for 7.4v, 3 cell for 11.1.
The ESC has to be capable of say 20-25% higher amps than the motor' max amps.
The size of the battery (capacity, not voltage) will depend on the expected amps draw by the motor.
Lipos are specified by capacity (mah) and max draw capability (like 20C, 30C etc)

A 2200mah 20C lipo can theoretically provide 44amps for 3 minutes.
In practice, i avoid drawing more than 10c (22amps in this case), and avoid using over 50% of the capacity ( 1100 mah in this case). Maybe i am conservative, but i like to extend the life of my lipos.
So my typical useage of a 2200mah 20c lipo would be to draw 11 amps for 5-6 minutes including a few bursts of upto 22 amps.

BTW, if you are new to this hobby, please note that a scratch built EDF model is most unsuitable as a first model to learn to fly with...

Best of luck. Feel free to PM for any help.
Regards.
