Stay calm, and soar

Tolexo has a lot of them for cheap. I bought m2 screws for 5 bucks a piece from local wholesale guy, since no one buys them. Same thing on tolexo I got 100 for 82 rs.

I brought my M3 screws and nuts from various online retailers and the hardware markets in Delhi and Lucknow.  But they all would give up when the time came to hold the motors tight.......
Ultimately brought them from HK.... they are great.  Not one screw goes loose or looses the threading.

You can easily get good quality M3, M2 Nuts and bolts at Metro Hardware - Shop No. 4125, Main Road, Ajmeri Gate, near Chawri Bazaar, Delhi. They have some great stuff. I usually buy M3 Hex bolts from them.
