We have these little quadcopters called Jumper
They come as ARF, all you need is a remote and battery!

Rs. 10,000.00

Link: http://rcmumbai.com/products/jumper-218-fpv-mini-quad-copter/

The top one is in the 'H' frame design. This below one is available in 'X' frame design
This one also has a gimbal, meaning that if you ever buy a screen and start doing FPV, the image will be much more stable.

Rs. 10,000.00

If you want to make the quadcopter yourself, we also have this option for you:

It includes everything other than battery and remote and you can make it yourself!

Jumper 260 is really better because it has bigger motors which means you can even have an advantage of adding extra payload if needed in future. It seems to have carbon fibre booms which means it have pretty good vibration damping also.
So the jello effect is reduced.
However we cannot expect a great camera after all these features. But this kit worth the price.Good value for money.

Wew ok way high

Title: Re: Need a quadcopter kit
Post by: Darshan for multirotors on May 08, 2016, 07:50:14 PM
If you go for a good tx like 9x, it is going to cost you 6.5k min (currently) and the battery might cost you 2.5k which goes up to 9k only for tx and battery.
If you go for i6, it will cost you around 4k(price at rcmumbai.com) making it nearly 6.5-7k. Now it's upto you to select a good kit for 8k(if you choose the second option)

But bro, it's used. That guy is just disassembling his quad and selling it with the name of a kit. It might have some signs of damage cause there is always a reason for selling a good, working multirotor.
Think about it!

Here's a quad bundle for you:

1) Quad kit (Includes frame + Motors + esc + flight controller + props ):

Night Hawk 250 ARF Kit

Link: http://rcmumbai.com/products/night-hawk-250-arf-kit-blue/

2) The transmitter:

FlySky FS-i6

Link: http://rcmumbai.com/products/flysky-fs-i6-2-4g-6ch-afhds-rc-transmitter-with-fs-ia6-receiver/

3) Battery:

TATTU 1300mAh 11.1V 75C 3S1P Lipo

Link: http://rcmumbai.com/products/tattu-1300mah-11-1v-75c-3s1p-lipo-battery-pack/

cost =
Quad combo: 8000
Remote: 3900
Battery: 1357

sub total = 13257
Shipping = 470

Total cost = 13727

So, everything other than the charger can be bought within the budget, as for the charger, you can buy this one:
http://www.quadkopters.com/product/lipo-chargers-accessories/b3ac-charger/

And it costs about 596.00 ( Shipping + VAT included )

So, you can have a proper quad with everything needed under 15k ( INR 14,323 )

@Devangflyer, he mentioned that he needs the quad for photography purposes. I had recommended a 250 quad to him but he said he wanted to do aerial video recording. As you know that 250 quads dont have great weight lifting capacity and might fall short of power! So according to me he should go for a 450 or something..
And please do not recommend the B3AC charger. Its just horrible. It just charges randomly and the cell doesnt get balanced which led to puffing in my case. I would recommend this charger. I personally use it and its great.

OR
You can go for this if you are using a 2-3s lipo
http://robu.in/product/skyrc-e3-ac-2s-3s-li-po-battery-charger-v2-original/
(I am not sure about this charger as I have never used it)

Hmmm. I suggested a basic quad for the budget, I mean I dont think there's even a chance of FPV/Only recording under 15k for proper hobby grade quads.
If he isnt looking for good quality recording and rather just for fun, he could go for:

http://rcmumbai.com/products/wl-v666-rtf-quadcopter-with-fpv/

Comes with everything required for FPV, tx and fpv screen included
Only problem is comes more towards the toy category.
Nothing else required.

He isnt looking for a camera. In one other thread(I think) he had posted that he wanted to fly a quad with his xiaomi yi camera. So I think he has a camera and he doesnt want to go for FPV but just regular flying with some aerial videos..

Title: Re: Need a quadcopter kit
Post by: Devang Flyer on May 09, 2016, 08:44:53 AM
The quad kit I suggested the first time can sustain a weight of 72g

Title: Re: Need a quadcopter kit
Post by: Razertech97 on May 09, 2016, 10:31:22 AM
But now a days scenario is bit changed in case 250 size racing quads....they have more thrust than the 450...an Emax RS 2205 redbotoms gives about 1k thrust

Title: Re: Need a quadcopter kit
Post by: Balakrishna Reddy on May 09, 2016, 11:19:36 AM
The problem with 250 size quads is they are not as efficient as 450 size and flight time is also very less which makes them unusable for aerial photography though 250 quads are very much agile to stick commands.
Most people will look for better flight time atleast for 10~15mins which is very difficult to achieve with 250 size quads.

Post by: Darshan for multirotors on May 09, 2016, 11:34:10 AM
@Razertech97 Emax 2205 redbottoms are nearly 1400 rupees and plus they are not available in India( I guess) and plus the shipping. So it will cost around 5600 + shipping. And escs separate.
So its a big no no.

emax motors are for freeshipping on most of the website bro .. bg has it for free shipping if the buyer is willing to wait for a month also as he mentioned aerial photography he strictly will need to bend towards 450 size as he would need a gimbal if he really seeks ap orelse he can master his skills on 250 and play with it

Post by: Darshan for multirotors on May 09, 2016, 12:00:23 PM
@cyberhack, bro so considering 5400 + 3000(20 A escs), just these two add up to 8400.
Let him decide it for himself ;)

Just want a stable mashine

450 is your way to go man, it can lift good enough payload and mounting a yi cam will also be easy...
if u want to face the problem of programming and tuning your quad to stay stable then 250 is your cup of tea... plus u can flip easily and all...
i got my 250 class for 15030 as i ordered for 2 batteries and i had an existing charger, u can go for one battery and invest the rest in a charger...

http://www.rcbazaar.com/product.aspx?productid=2011 (http://www.rcbazaar.com/product.aspx?productid=2011)
http://www.rcbazaar.com/product.aspx?productid=4733 (http://www.rcbazaar.com/product.aspx?productid=4733)
http://www.rcbazaar.com/product.aspx?productid=2467 (http://www.rcbazaar.com/product.aspx?productid=2467)

Just to clear this up, u cannot expect this hobby to be cheap.... it is a little expensive... especially the multirotor side! a lot of people in this post have already given up as u want the cheapest deals but aren't ready to accept that it is cheap... going cheap in this hobby can turn out to be even more expensive than you think... i fried my FC and RX just to go cheap and i got a bill worth 3k... just know what you are doing and take the help of people in this forum on this subject. it's always best to build with a person who knows what they are doing so they can teach you in places where you go wrong... if u still don't think it is cheap enough you are on your own and you can do your own research and get the "best" bang for the buck. People have suggested enough in this post and its your turn to make a call...
