don't get fixated on these two transmitters only - there are much better and cheaper
choices available these days.

if you are a complete beginner then the taranis is a very good buy - as you will
not have unlearn anything .


another very good "paisa vasool" transmitter for beginners  is the flysky fs-i6 its widely available in India
and it has a good range of receivers available.

what type of models are you planning to fly ??

Many 4 ch txrx available on RCI for around 2000 or less!
Good enough to start with.
Even I can offer one!

If you need more channels, can offer a Riccs 6ch tx+rx...
