Title: Need OS LA 25 Connecting rod Post by: K K Iyer on October 18, 2017, 08:56:07 PM Bought a slightly used OS LA 25 four years ago.
Due to like new appearance and original packing, never looked at it in detail. Till last week. Found it gummed up and locked solid, so opened up for overhaul. Found play in conrod. Discovered a crack in the conrod bottom end. Now i need a replacement OS LA 25 conrod, part number 22405013. Either new or from a damaged engine. Thanks but close enough is not enough! Amazon and ebay sources cost Rs 1000-2000 plus about Rs 3000 shipping, or won't ship to India. Have already explored those options.
