Unless you have a cell that's rated to the same voltage, C rating and is from the same manufacturer as the other cells in the battery, you're risking another meltdown or such nasty accidents. And even if you have a replacement cell, be sure that the other cells in the battery are healthy. LiPo packs are expensive, yes, but sure not worth the risk of using a potentially dangerous one.
