If you've decided what you want to build then only you could buy various electronics stuff. Since, anything and everything here involves lots n lots of things to be kept in mind before ordering or buying anything... Please work on which model you want to build.
Just a suggestion, if you are interested for a beginner model than you can build a Moss Glider. This is a slow stick beginner model which requires beginner level skills for building, less investments(time and money), easy to fly(although after spending a couple of hours on simulator), and almost crash proof...
I am adding pics.
You can make a few changes like giving airfoil shape, adding ailerons on wings for better turns(although it require one or two additional servos)
This model requires following accessories:
1.) 1Xcarbon fibre stick(for fuselage) or an aluminium tube 12mm square cross-section
2.) Some coroplast(sunpack sheet)
3.) BLDC Motor 1200KV or 1450KV
4.) ESC 20A
5.) Battery 2S or 3S upto 1300mAh
6.) 2X Servo(9gm)
7.) Motor mount(you can even build one)
8.) propeller GWS 9X5
9.) Transmitter and receiver.

i love big things so planned to build a plane like super sky surfer
but it is in the starting stage and experimenting with hotwireing epp to get the desired shape
