The shops that sell wires in SP rd sell these too. There are 4 or 5 such shops there. Cost increases with size. Don't recall cost exactly it should be approx 25Rs/m for 15mm wide stuff.

So are these heat shrink tubes available locally ? I need to solder new XT60 connectors on my battery pack and ESC and would like to use these, if available.

They are available in shops that sell electronic circuit parts (the resistor, capacitor, diode, etc items).

The wire store in front of vishal electronics sells heatshrink. Amazingly it was of the same company that i got from HobCity. :giggle:

4 rs per meter for 3 to 4 mm. and for 45 mm i paid 90 bucks. you get all sizes.

As Vinay said, they are available with 'Cable Craft' (Mr Aditya -9886142155), opp Vishal electronics (a more knows landmark - ask for this shop to lead there). They sell all kind of wire, heat shrinks etc, the shop is unmissable as its marked with reams of rainbow colored wire. I got my heat shrink, 3 core 26AWG flat wire for servo and some Silicaon wiere (this was not of high quality).

For XT60 connector, buy 4mm ones as it fits on them perfectly. I just Love XT60 the way they fit. no clumsy Deans/bullets unless i am going past 50A.
