Hey.... .15 engine is a small one and can be started by flick of fingers.... Well i would advice not to go in for the starter till you intend to use a .25 or a bigger glow plug engine.  I have not used it on smaller engines as looking after the flight gear becomes more cumbersome than the flying itself..... You may try out the same.

Thanks Shobit for the useful advice regarding electric starter for 0.15 engine... I think I'll wait for some time till I get a bigger engine.
But I do need a fuel tank (do you think it can be fabricated , that is home-made) ?

Well yes..... though its a tedious process.  All you need is a bottle with a mouth through which you can put in the silicon tubes for filling in the tank, tube for fuel to the engine and a vent tube.  You may try a plastic bottle (thick plastic) on which you can fix in a rubber cork to close it.    If you have one fuel tank with you then similar RC tanks be fabricated with ease.... tubes will be silicon tubes.... metal tubes can be taken from the brass tubes used in refrigerators (any refrigerator repair shop will give you the brass tube of the required thickness).  Use a piece of the same tube as the metal clunk (weight) for the fuel tube and maybe add some weight to it.
