Title: reliable long range tx and rx.
Post by: subhashjk0508 on December 02, 2014, 06:01:57 PM
So retiring my now FPV model (parrot 2m-rcbazaar.com), actually not much fpv because the tx & rx i use gives me a range of just a kilometer. now planning to get the ronin so wanted to go up with the tx & rx. suggestions would do good as i seriously dont have any idea for the cheapest and best solution(kinda expensive is fine). i had one option get the turnigy 9xr pro and i had contacted a local LHS here and got a option for 433mhz tx and rx for 4K with 15kms range for just Rs.12800. is that good price??

Regards,
JK

Which 433 MHz system is this? Is it the OpenLRS module? Since the 9XR Pro alone sells for 8800 this seems like a good deal. Is 4000 for the module and the Rx or only the module?

It's takes a lot to make the hk openlrs work for more than a few kms. Not everyone can do it. Rangelink, dragonlink, ezuhf work nicely and is easy to use. I use rangelink(have 3 of them) , I have a new spare set which I can sell if u want. 12k rs. Let me know.

It is orangerx openlrs system .available at edall hobby, its 100mw version : last item in stock . Bangalore.

There is also 1mw version available on hobbyking.

However I suggest to invest on dragon link , ezuhf or rangelink .. If you are looking for hassle free.

Search orangerx openlrs on rcgroups lot of mods..... Then decide .
