Title: RTF 'BEGINNER' quad with 20g payload capacity
Post by: veloci on May 06, 2013, 08:20:35 PM
Hi,
I am looking for a 'beginner' quad (plug and play) which can carry a keychain camera (weighs 18g) comfortably.
Pls help me with your suggestions.
Quads with in-built cameras are also okay.

I enquired with Mr. Satya Gupta. He said that the quad will not be able to fly with the camera!

I am unable to decide which one to order from Banggood. No proper information given on the weight it can carry.
Can you help me with some links?

Velocity go for v949 or v959
They can carry a cam..
Use an 8mm Motor  with a ladybird or husban x4  you can do the job... :)
I am going on with some experiments if it succeed you can expect an fpv in micro quads..(short range),

hi veloci, get the wltoys 959 . it comes with a camera that has better quality than the #3 keychain cam. and the quad is stable too compared to others of its size.

or u can remove the battery from the keychain cam and run it from any small quads main 3.7 lipo , remove casing and use thin type heatshrink, the cam will be much lighter.

but id suggest wl toys 959 as u can start and stop video recording from the tx. for just flying hubsan x4 is great and more agile but if u add a cam things wont be same.
