 trying to help a  friend of mine who wants 2 build a 24-30ws depron plane so he is looking out for a rx n tx first ,his buget is 4000rs any suggestion, can do cash payment only

At that price range, you should go for an used turnigy 9x or flysky th9x. Very good radios despite their budget price.
