Title: Tail Rotors for PicooZ Palm heli Post by: VC on June 17, 2010, 03:41:02 PM I need a couple of tail rotors for my PicooZ Palm size Heli. the original broke today and I just can't seem to find the spare which came along with it. Anybody out there with spares? It was an expensive purchase and flies great, would hate to waste it.

With all due respect, I'm assume that the Modelart type Heli with a Gyro is far more stable, however, with a bit of weight (around that of a paper clip) under the nose, the Silverlit Picooz is more than worth its weight in styrofoam. The 3ch ones with gyros will hold their tails, if you trim it right and apply rudder correctly, instead of doing piros whenever they feel like. She recovers from it too. My fault. :banghead:

There are, probably, far better ones available today at that price. It is a testimony to the craftsmanship of Silverlit that she has lasted so long......... :salute:

Use ur best craftmanship. Cut plastic card/Plastic covering,, Sand it. Make center hole with 8 watt cell phone Soldering IRON, Bend with Hand. Put it in motor shaft and put some fevicol merin and check, It must work. I have full aastha on your CRAFTMANSHIP as shipping takes time. My Swift tail rotor was also broken in two piece and insted of using standby rotor, I make one.
