can anyone arrange me some tan sport rubber bands
these are used in rubber band power airplanes and catapults

Information sharing improves knowledge of both.
If you not found, please check your medical store and ask for rubber toundicate.
It is the same rubber string/Pipe that is used for blood sample collection to bind hand so that vain become visible. But the cross section size you cannot specify. You can also search for rubber bandage (6") and cut your desired width for desired cross section. Moreover, for TAN rubber you just ask your hardware store to bring Catapult (Gulti in Bengali or gulati in Hindi) rubber which is near transperant. This is the possibility to try in our hometown where Aeromodeling is not popular and not any store available.

I've got TAN II - the best rubber for model airplanes -
no longer manufactured now - and  since replaced by Tan Sport and Tan
Super Sport.

It is available in strips - I've got 1/8" and 3/16"
how much do you want ?

Hi,
SaikatDA have Sent me TAN-II Rubber for free, I considers this as his blessings.
I am now making some planes with High density thermocol wing and bambboo fuselage. and Total bamboo frame, plastic wrapped.

Here is the picture of TAN-II rubber.
