You can buy a lcd from

It is a 9x version rebranded by rhobbies.
Link to manual which confirms both model are same

LCD will cost 8.9 USD but with shipping comes to 13.38 arround Rs.870 and the long wait
Small favor if you are ordering please ping me we can order 2 units which comes to usd 22.95 arround Rs.745 per piece and split the cost.

It is just an LCD backlit not the complete LCD if this is complete LCD i need one.
