I have a turnigy 9X with a burnt regulator and a broken screen. Would like to know if someone has the proper screen and some spare lying around that he would like to sell or donate.  Grin So that I can repair the Radio....

Thanx to Nitinraj and Rajram from this forum for donating an awesome radio for a good purpose. I have got the radio to work with the new spares.
Thank you again Mr. Rajaram for sending me a radio free of cost ..... really appreciate it. We should have more ppl like him in the RC community.......

Hi coolpratheesh,

Glad that you were able to fix your TX.

If you have the board bellow switch which have alarm in spare you collected then please let me know.   

Mine got short and when i on the alarm the TX gets reboot.

Please let me know if you have it in spare.

there is not much to repair on that u can buy a 7805 ic and the transistor and replace it very easily
wont cost you more than 50 rs

i am not sure changing the ic will fix my problem or not.

Right now it works fine when i keep beeps off.

when i keep  beeps on it restarts randomly.

So my main worry is i may make the situation worst by making changes.

If you have spare that u will never use then i can test with yours.

If it does not work out i can send it back to you.

with what i can suggest is the replacement of these 2 items will correct your problems........ the board is restarting because the transistor on your board is destroyed and shorting out the pins....
