I saw your post for long range fpv so i think you need Apm for return to home function and Auto mode.
But only one suggestion is GO FOR ORIGINAL 3DR APM.
I've used these clone Apm  they some times works fine and another moment they ditch you and also their telemetry is so ridicules.

@antriskh i dont know about ur case but brother till now using clone apm and its awesome all functions are working good also had more than 20 flights now anyways tintin it also depends on the supplier you buy from its kinda search in the market for previous users of clone apms and where they brought from .......... well i dont thnk you should invest that much for a original if your are investing go for pixhawk as 3dr have discontinued apm now

Tintin you can also look for Eagle Vector Tree Flight Controller! 

You are correct Cyberhack but he wants to go +10km.
Do you think he should bank on a $100 setup.
I've been  using Apm(clone) for last two years and it flies well on plane and in multirotor as well.
But if you say me to go beyond LOS i'll simply not trust on clone Apm.
For that i'll go for Naza V2 or Eagle Vector or Apm(orig.)
And u must hv noticed that Apm(clone) telementry range is so short(200~300meter).

I have a apm module with Gps+telemetry+power module+connectors - i bought it and found it hard for me to configure - couldnt spend so much time on it! Its yours for 6k if you want it. I am going for something simpler for my 450 quad.

 Original 3D Robotics Apm 2.6 from 3DR is the only APM. Its a little pricey but the whole kit is factory matched and triple quality checked made in Mexico purchased from USA.

Never risk your expensive multirotor with a cloned APM if you are flying beyond line of sight.
