Hi, buy any cheap transmitter and its simulator and enjoy it on Clearview / Realflight etc

and if you are planing to build model and also want to fly with it, then purchase good one

like Starting  you can buy turnigy 9x or Flysky, now available at  http://www.aeroworks.co.in/radio1.html
(I suppose stock is just arrived)

thanks guys for your support:

first i thought i should go for this:

http://rc4all.co.in/product_info.php?cPath=23_41&products_id=49

however then from the above comments i found out:

http://www.aeroworks.co.in/radio_8505.html

this looks like a better deal, with slight more money its 6 channels, however i dont know if it really matters cause i dont have really flown a plane in real life, only in simulators (aerofly pro deluxe), i want to go for a scratch build in near future, may be a slow stick or nutball. but for 1-2 months i just want to get expertise on the simulator. also in the aeroworks transmitter i see a usb type cable in the picture is that a cable for simulator?

also as i have dont flown any planes, i am bit terrified with normal propeller planes as my thinking is they will definately get their motor and props broken mostly because they hit the ground from that side, even landing wheels doesnt help. so i was thinking if you guys have some push prop type beginner configuration that is easy to repair and fly again Smiley

help much appreciated.

Go for a 9 channel TX as radio is one time investment, u won't mind paying 1-2K extra for sumthing that wud eliminate upgrades etc. later in life.... Smiley

do they really survive that much? lots of stick movements on sim and in real life will cause not cause some stick problems later, may be some stick stop responding etc. i think in extra 1 K Smiley i can get the motor, esc and prop. also i guess 4 channel transmitter is enough for most planes as i have seen in simulator, most planes fly with 4 channels only (1 have a joystick that acts as 4 channel transmitter)

anyway as i said, very new to the field, not even flown my first plane out of sim.

My Recent Buy ThunderTiger 1/10 SSK V2 Nitro Truck

Electronics are subject to damage very easily, so dont think that few stick move make it damage or may be it become damage in shipping.......lol

No if radio is in good condition then practice on simulator will not effect its performance later, and these hobby parts are repairable.

initially 6-Ch is more then enought, if you are not planning for Helis, for RC Planes 6 Ch is more then enough but I prefer LCD radio so that you can make change on ground and no need to connect on PC for small changes.

Regarding the Plane crash and Prop/Motor damage........Good mount and few tricks can save your motor and propeller,
I am also new in rc but I build a plane and crash it very badly 5-6 times and obviously plane/Propeller is no more exist but motor and other electronics are in perfect condition and waiting for new home build rc plane

I have learn so much in my first build so in second build I will consider all those points.....

For this transmitter
http://www.aeroworks.co.in/radio_8505.html

It is good for simulator but on real flying I suggest you LCD display Transmitter like Turnigy 9x or Flysky or other

Hi Coderbanna,

I am not aware any URL but you can ask any question here.

For Ailerons we can use 1 servo with 2 side arm also we can use 2 servos and do mixing option in remote.

For example in Delta wing
Delta wing is only 3-Ch
Where 1-Ch for Throttle
and
Rest 2 Channel for  Elevator & Aileron and we use Remote Mixing option, Most 4-Ch Tx dont support Mixing, i.e HK 4Ch dont support Channel Mixing

Check out my Delta Wing with Mixing
