RC India - Flying and racing with open minds !

Welcome to RC India !

Kindly post more details on what you have in mind.  Currently, this is like saying "I want to buy a car", without specifying how much you are willing to spend, whether you want petrol or diesel, automatic transmission, Nano or BMW etc  Roll Eyes  Wink

Joking aside, you will get much better response if you are more specific about your requirements  Smiley

How about the beginners section and read up on beginners combos from vendors here.

The amount to spend and what plane to start off with or if it will fly for 0.5 hrs is a far far second from what to do first when you are starting off in aeromodelling.

I am also planning on same direction, but now I am visiting Wings India @ Aamby Velly, and then I will decide.
It seems very good opportunity to meet our heroes.

A Multiplex beginners would be a great idea like Easy Cub or Easy Star  should fit your  budget and the advantage is they  are a pleasure for relaxed flying for advanced Pilots as well.

few years back i said the same thing "i want a rc plane" so when i went to Neurenburg, Germany, i had a rc hobbyshop right infront of my hotel. i couldn't resist  Drool myself and went in and came out with a Graupner RTF Piper electric for a little more than 100 EU.

after coming back to india i assembled it and went to fly it with a few friends. next thing that happened was coming back home with a shattered plane. i gave a DOWN instead of UP after a hand launch and hence totaled it.  Bang Head

well thats how i met Harveer who then thought me how to fly with buddy cord and i bought a Trainer to begin with.

now, 1st thing is learn how to fly and then along the way your instructor will tell you what plane is best for you.

tc  Thumbs Up
