Actually i bought one hitec dc receiver but i did not get ch#42 xtal. I did not realise that it would be so difficult to get a dc-rx xtal of a desired frequency.
I don't have any experience with synthesized receivers, so little reluctant to use. are they reliable and safe to use? I remember multiple people from Chennai reporting good things about it here. On any product, not much else can be said, nor can anyone guarantee "perfectness" ;)
