You should get fiber glass matt and resin in your local hardware market, but the normal Industrial fiber glass matt is too heavy for RC applications and the weight is almost double ( I made a 4 feet boat hull which  weighed 3 kg, when supposed to be less than 1.5 kgs.)
The best option to go for light weight fiber glass cloth, available at HK

The foam should be leak-proof before applying resin, I don't know the best method for covering foam, adhesive tapes (2" or 3") may be one option. Or else Araldite.
