Well, NAZA is just a simple flight controller like CC3D or APM or multiwii, If you use it with out GPS and compass, it can only provide you self leveling, which a simple multiwii, or CC3D also provides.
If you are only looking for a easy to set up and fly Flight control board, and you already used KK2, then the nxt best option is CC3D, it's also almost PnP.
But if you want more sophisticated features like altitude hold , RTH, Waypoint navigation, Go for APM in a cheap budget or NAZA with GPS in a bigger budget.
If you plan to stick with NAZA, get it with GPS and compass, to enjoy it's full functionality,

Hey dude, Ardupilot project is open source, means, it's Software as well as H/w is open to the public, Just like arduino, here you can't say you need the original one because there is no original one, unless some one calls the 3DR produce is original, in a literal sense, (as they produced it first),
Even I can manufacture and distribute such a board with or with out profit- no one will ask. As it is opensource,
So get something that is looking good to your eyes !!. Yes that's it  !
Also when buying from ebay, consider the reputation of seller, (If top rated, the best).
The one you mentioned above seems reliable.

Another option for you is to get a crius AIO board, In which you don't have to worry of clones, CRIUS brand is printed only on the ones produced by CRIUS, CRIUS has all the functionality and features of APM and has portability feature to Multiwii too, hence the name All In One !
