Hi,
It seems that you'll have to compromise a bit with your requirement. FS TH9X is out of stock on every Indian website. Now, either place an order  from any international website but then custom issues would jump in. Otherwise, you could go with Turnigy 9X. This is also the same thing you required. Same manufacturer only the brand is different. Very good radio Thumbs Up Thumbs Up. No issues.
Or you can search someone on forum who could give you his...

No you cant use transmitters requiring modules without them, because its the component which takes in input from transmitter sticks and other controls and modulates it into a signal so that you can communicate with your rx(i might not be completely correct here), its basically an external RF emitter board with either an antenna on it or it is connected to a antenna which is on your transmitter.
